The team has also added coverage of multiple high-growth small/mid-cap names with disruptive potential. ## Responsibilities - Perform complex financial modeling and valuation work - Write regular industry and company reports, and develop company launch initiations from scratch - Participate in IPO-related vettings and analyst days - Develop databases integral to the research product - Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and business judgment - Work with Senior Analysts to develop key industry themes - Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts at covered companies - Participate in and contribute to client meetings and events - Attend meetings and interact with key opinion leaders - Closely follow and understand market, industry, and company-specific activity, and relay insights to the analyst when traveling - Seek out new and unusual sources of information - Leverage a robust network of industry contacts - Interact regularly with clients ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience - Minimum of 1–2 years of experience; sell-side or buy-side (research, investment banking) experience preferred but not required - Credit skills are a plus - Expertise in MS Word and strong modeling skills in MS Excel - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intense environment - Basic understanding of economics, macroeconomic factors, international affairs, and policy/politics, along with Finance and Accounting - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment - Strong intellectual curiosity ## Shift & Schedule - Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) - Hours per week: 40 ## Location US - NY - New York - One Bryant Park - Bank of America Tower (NY1100) ## Compensation & Benefits **Pay Transparency:** $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary. Offers are determined based on experience, education, and skill set. **Discretionary incentive:** Eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
