Thales employs over 2,000 people of over thirty nationalities in Singapore across three locations: 28 Changi North Rise (CNR), 12 Ayer Rajah Crescent (ARC), and Suntec City. ## About the Internship The Communications team is looking to engage an intern with creative ideas and enthusiasm to support upcoming projects that enhance the Thales brand in Singapore and throughout the Asia region. The intern will work closely with the Communications team and other business functions to communicate across multiple channels (internal and external) on a diverse range of topics across all Thales business sectors. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of communications activities, from writing and content generation to video production and editing, design, and events management. ## Main Tasks & Responsibilities - Content generation and design work of short-form articles such as internal articles, social media posts, video descriptions, posters, and more - Pre-event and on-ground support at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and internal events - Creation of simple video and digital content, including filming and editing - Liaison with Communications and HR on employer branding-related projects - Maintain and enhance the current Thales intranet site - Administrative support and inventory management ## Required Skills and Competencies - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English - Enthusiastic and proactive with a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams and groups - Proficient in the Microsoft Office portfolio, and comfortable with Photoshop or other video-editing software - Experience with creative design and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus At Thales, the company is committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything it does.
