Morgan’s product offerings across Markets and Platform Services—matching the firm’s resources to clients’ needs. The Sales community builds relationships with clients and packages tailored-made solutions to meet a wide array of client needs. Salespeople have broad knowledge of multiple products and proactively engage with clients by suggesting trade ideas. This role is a **nine-week program from June to August**, targeted at **penultimate- or final-year students**. It is a pipeline to the Analyst Programme the following year. Based on personal and collaborative achievements, successful candidates may receive offers of full-time employment for the Analyst Programme upon graduation. Your work and contributions will be valuable from the start. Expert instructors and J.P. Morgan professionals will teach you about the firm’s history, today’s scale and scope, and ambitious plans for the future, along with technical and practical skills to help you hit the ground running. ## Job Responsibilities - Support the team in understanding client objectives, market priorities, and risk management needs. - Assist with preparing client materials, market updates, trade ideas, and product presentations. - Support senior colleagues with key research, evaluation, and preparatory work. - Monitor market developments and client activity to help identify relevant opportunities. - Work with trading, structuring, research, and other internal teams to help deliver solutions for clients. - Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings. - Contribute to projects that improve how the Sales team supports clients and manages day-to-day business activity. - Develop knowledge of products across asset classes and how they are used by corporate and institutional clients. - Participate in hands-on experience, relevant skills training, and valuable professional networking. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Proficient verbal and written communication skills for the country to which you are applying. - Willingness to take on some responsibility and manage your own projects in collaboration with colleagues. - Graduation date from **June 2027 to August 2028**. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Strong interest in global financial markets, as well as investigative and quantitative skills. - Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. - Well-rounded academic background, including details of extra-curricular positions. ## Additional Information We fill our classes on a rolling basis and encourage early applications.
