The program provides hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to leaders across the enterprise while building foundational skills for a career in Human Resources. **Duration & Structure:** This is a 10-week summer internship program. Summer Associates are placed on one team within Global Human Resources and participate in structured training, project-based work, mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions throughout the summer. ## Role Overview **Role Title:** Global Human Resources Summer Associate **Role Purpose:** Summer Associates support key human resources initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to senior HR leaders. Participants contribute to business advisory work, HR operations, and special projects that align talent strategy with business objectives.
