As an **Intern** in our **Talent and Transformation team**, you will work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends. ## What You Will Be Responsible For - Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects. - Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables. - Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. - Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement. ## What You Need to Have - Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources.
