If you are an ambitious, high-achieving candidate in your first year of university or second year of a four-year course (graduating in 2029), you are invited to apply for the two-day Explore Nomura Programme. The programme is designed to give you early insight into career opportunities at a leading global investment bank, including exposure to key business functions and the fundamental practices and principles of the business. You will gain real-life experience in a fast-paced environment, meet new people, and build a valuable network for career information and direct support. Explore Nomura is described as a unique four-day classroom-based opportunity to gain an early insight into Investment Banking and the skills necessary for success. It features desk shadowing, networking events, and case study exercises.
