## Our Team

The Singapore Accounting Team supports finance and accounting activities across the APAC region. As an intern, you will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining practical exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business partnering within a global organisation.

## What You Will Do

  
- Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting tasks
  
- Maintain finance documentation and assist in ensuring compliance with record retention requirements
  
- Review invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and accounting classifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic financial analysis to support business and operational needs
  
- Contribute to day-to-day finance operations and provide administrative support across various accounting processes
  
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc finance and accounting projects

## Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

  
- Accounting
  
- Finance
  
- Business Administration

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables
  
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
