The 10-week Summer Analyst Program aims to immerse you in the functional areas of Global Operations and Business Services by integrating with the respective teams. **Work Location:** New York, New York, United States of America **Program Length:** 10 weeks **Hours:** 40 hours/week ## Summer Analyst Responsibilities - Learn key team functions, assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery for customers, and support process improvement initiatives to drive greater efficiency. - Assist in leading unique and innovative projects within Global Operations and Business Services, or leverage your skill set to improve ways of working across aspects of the trade lifecycle, business processes, and banking operations. - Explore opportunities that may include developing and implementing new products, services, applications, workflows, or operational efficiencies. - Build capabilities such as strategic problem-solving, project management methodologies, and relationship building. - Collaborate with management to evaluate key problems by assessing process drivers in a diverse workplace environment.
