## College Intern - Procurement Operations

### Description

**What a College Intern - Procurement Operations does at HP:**

  
- Support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including Purchasing Info Record requests and Request for Quotation tracking.
  
- Update procurement information and records in the SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
  
- Support master data review and cleansing activities.
  
- Assist with updating procurement SOPs and work instructions.
  
- Support basic reporting, documentation, and other procurement or supply chain activities as required.
