## Role

We are looking for an **Account Management Intern** to drive growth for our business partners in Singapore. Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead (Restaurants) and the Head of Account Management, you will support the team in a fast-paced “all hands on deck” startup environment.

## Key Responsibilities

### Content Support and Optimization

  
- Work with the Account Management team to support content updates for key brands.
  
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and menu setups of restaurant merchants on the platform.

### Commercial Analysis

  
- Conduct thorough, insightful deep-dives into specific business topics and trends.
  
- Collaborate with teams in Account Management to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across projects.
  
- Monitor project KPIs and build/manage project dashboards to help evolve and define project vision, and support growth within budget and scope.
  
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis.

### Operations

  
- Evaluate partner operational compliance with the Account Management team.
  
- Use data to streamline partner classifications for relevance.

### General Support

  
- Participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities as part of the startup environment.

## Qualifications

  
- A keen sense of customer behavior and how content quality impacts purchasing decisions.
  
- Excellent analytical skills; independent thinking and a data-oriented mindset.
  
- Knowledge of analytics tools, including **SQL**, **Excel**, **Python**, and **Looker**.
  
- Competencies: drive for results, action-oriented approach, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
  
- Some experience with eCommerce operations is preferred, but a strong passion for eCommerce is also welcome.
  
- Comfort with job ownership, structure, and discipline.
  
- Presentation software experience (e.g., **PowerPoint**, **Prezi**) and Excel experience would be a plus.
