You will build trusted relationships with clients, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. ## Job Responsibilities - Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service—greet clients as they enter the branch, make them feel heard and cared for, leverage a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings. - Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements. - Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including helping clients use technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. - Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions—partnering with other branch team members to help achieve clients’ financial goals. - Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. - Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during client interactions. - Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs. - Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience. - Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity. - Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures. - Client service experience or comparable experience. - High school diploma or GED equivalent. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions. - Cash handling experience. ## About Chase (Division/Group) Chase is a leading financial services firm helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
