## Role details

## Technical and AV Support - Analyst

**Location:** London, Fenchurch Street

**Level:** Analyst

## Job Purpose

You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in IT and AV troubleshooting. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued as you collaborate with colleagues to provide solutions to work-related problems. Join the team and help ensure the availability and smooth operation of our production systems.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Provide support for IT and AV related queries and troubleshooting for MD and WG users
  
- Drive incident and outage resolution and communication
  
- Utilize tools including ServiceNow to ensure SLAs are met
  
- Assist with backend administration, including asset tagging, auditing, and disposals
  
- Maintain data retention practices

## Skills and Experience (Required)

  
- Very strong technical skills in all aspects of IT and AV support
  
- Hands-on experience supporting C-Level executives
  
- Exceptional level of customer service and confidentiality
  
- Flexible regarding duties and hours of work; occasional requirements to work out of hours for high-profile events/visits
  
- Shift cover where required

## Nice to Have

  
- Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow
  
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
- Advanced proficiency in Apple macOS Management
  
- Advanced proficiency in cross-team collaboration
