The Fund Finance team is a product division, providing client solutions across the Institutional Investor, Sponsors, and Sovereigns segments. We are looking for a high-performing intern to join our team to drive business growth across our front office organization. ## Job Description - Assist the business in tracking the progress of strategic initiatives, taking on certain aspects of these initiatives, and establishing a reporting cadence to senior management regarding progress made. - Work with other team members to collate and report certain portfolio management-related requirements. - Coordinate various workstreams in relation to the implementation of our new Oxane information database. - Work with various experienced stakeholders and learn different banking products related to Fund Finance (Markets, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets). - Assist with the preparation of certain aspects of our credit papers. - Prepare written and verbal communications, including developing presentation materials and client pitch packs. - Support senior management with project management by planning and structuring work. - Help ensure the business remains well managed, and that the weekly cadence of stakeholder engagement is effective (e.g., meeting preparations). ## Job Requirements - Keen eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel). - Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - “Can-do” attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly. - Strong written and spoken English proficiency is needed. - Ability to be a trusted partner and collaborate across regions and teams to deliver best-in-class results. - Capable of working independently and within teams to drive success for the organization. ## Application Instructions - Interested applicants will be required to submit a CV and Cover Letter. - Please submit your details via the early careers website at **Careers (myworkdayjobs.com)**. - Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. **This internship role is based in Singapore.
