## Executive — Global User Acquisition

Lalamove is expanding super-fast and strengthening its digital and acquisition team within the marketing department. We are seeking an Executive who is results-driven, data-driven, and has a strong business mindset to acquire new users globally.

## What You’ll Do

  
- Assist the manager in developing global growth strategy, including acquisition and activation across full-funnel channels (paid digital and owned channels).
  
- Provide direction and monitor global media channels in collaboration with the Local City Team, including earned channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and paid channels (Facebook, Google, programmatic, affiliate, etc.).
  
- Recommend, develop, and monitor SEO and ASO strategies to generate traffic, improve campaign performance, and enhance brand awareness.
  
- Optimize, monitor, and analyze acquisition efforts across various channels by working with the Local City Team and Data Analysis Team to uncover insights for performance uplift and to formulate local activations.
  
- Explore new channels and ad-tech solutions to improve acquisition performance.
  
- Drive performance through A/B testing and develop an experiment framework to improve channel efficiency.

## What You’ll Need

  
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  
- 1+ year of relevant experience in digital marketing (media planning, social media, digital campaigns, CRM, SEM, SEO). More experience may be considered for a Senior Executive role.
  
- Understanding of digital marketing ad-tech, ad-tracking, and biddable ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) and channel ecosystems.
  
- Data- and results-driven mindset.
  
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
