## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Manage all maintenance work in a timely manner to uphold the ship’s operational readiness, including planning and execution of repair work, reviewing costs, and preparing reports.
  
- Conduct VSCC and oversee ship work safety and cleanliness.
  
- Liaise with trades regarding work activities, and monitor effort and productivity to achieve safe progress within schedule and budget.

## Requirements

  
- Diploma in Marine / Mechanical / Naval Architecture Engineering.
  
- Possess the Supervise Safety Instruction for Ship Repair Manager Certificate.
  
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  
- Good leadership and communication skills.
  
- Willing to work late and on weekends when required.
  
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment; organized with strong team orientation.
