## Role Summary

This role provides and processes information and payments in response to customers’ enquiries, concerns, and requests through day-to-day cashier counter operations, face-to-face, effectively and efficiently.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Perform cashier duties.
  
- Provide and process information and payments by referring to operating systems, guidelines, digitalization tools, and applications, in response to customers’ enquiries, concerns, and requests regarding insurance products and services.
  
- Provide document Mainlander Sales Verification services on a face-to-face basis or via an electronic platform to ensure NB applications comply with underwriting and compliance requirements.
  
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
- Communicate and coordinate with different functions and departments to maintain strong working relationships and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  
- Handle customer dissatisfaction by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and report to the supervisor.

## Job Requirements

  
- Form 7 or above.
  
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
  
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
- Able to work with people from diverse backgrounds, with strong interpersonal skills.
  
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
- Able to work independently under pressure and handle difficult situations in a friendly manner.
  
- Customer-focused and result-oriented.
  
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
