## Role details

This is a six to twelve month program with the potential to be hired full time.

## Responsibilities

  
- Support sales to ensure proper client understanding of hedging and investment solutions, including product presentations, RFP responses, sales trainings, and knowledge management tools.
  
- Help financial engineers convey their ideas and solutions with sales, including cross-asset product offerings, product analysis/backtesting, and regulatory approval.
  
- Provide clients with bespoke marketing materials tailored to their needs and dedicated trainings.
  
- Produce detailed commercial presentations for distribution to clients and/or potential investors.
  
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to keep clients informed of capabilities, services, and the latest product innovations and ideas.
  
- Back test products and perform Excel-based computations, including historical simulations of investment scenarios and product performance, as well as analysis of returns using macros (VBA or not) and/or developing macros when required.
  
- Liaise with the Legal department to develop and maintain US/Canada/LATAM-compliant marketing and sales documents.
  
- Produce analytical reports.
  
- Conduct strategic monitoring and competitive analysis of financial markets and trends in the Americas, including data analysis and statistics, competitors’ new releases and evolution, and analysis of new developments (payoffs, underlyings, etc.).
  
- Contribute to training across the platform.

## Scope

  
- Product scope: all asset classes, with a strong emphasis on equity derivatives and fixed income derivatives.
  
- Client scope: Insurance companies, Pension funds, Asset Managers, Banks, and corporate clients.
