## College Intern – New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)

### What you will do

  
- Work closely with the NPI Principal Technologist and engineering teams.
  
- Develop and test product and tooling concepts through rapid prototyping.
  
- Solve manufacturing, process, automation, and product-related problems.
  
- Design and modify fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
  
- Support experiments, characterization studies, and NPI builds.
  
- Assist with data analysis, SPC, gage R&R, and engineering investigations.
  
- Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to introduce new technologies into production.

### Qualifications

  
- Current Bachelor’s or Master’s undergraduate student in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  
- Able to commit for a 5–6 months full-time internship starting in January 2027.
