## Job Title

HR Recruiter Intern

## Responsibilities

  
- Post job advertisements on job portals.
  
- Screen and shortlist candidates using internal and external sources, assessing technical capabilities.
  
- Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up with candidates.
  
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support recruitment administration and ensure effective and efficient placement of hires.
  
- Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure the accuracy of candidate profiles.
  
- Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support successful hiring.

## Qualifications

  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
