### What is The Role

  
- Join Elastic’s APJ Sales Development team and play a key role in driving pipeline and new business across the Singapore Public Sector.
  
- Focus on engaging organisations across Singapore’s government ecosystem, including ministries, defence, healthcare, and other public sector agencies.
  
- Work closely with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities.
  
- This is a high-impact outbound role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hunting for new opportunities, and is motivated by building pipeline from the ground up.
  
- While the primary focus will be on the Singapore Public Sector, this role may also support additional Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across Singapore, providing flexibility to align with evolving business priorities and territory needs.

### What You Will Be Doing

  
- Prospect into strategic Singapore Public Sector accounts through a combination of phone, email, social selling, events, and other outbound channels.
  
- Research organisations, identify key stakeholders and business priorities, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  
- Engage and qualify prospects across IT, Security, Cloud, Data, and Engineering functions.
  
- Partner closely with Account Executives and partners to convert qualified conversations into sales opportunities and support account-based prospecting strategies.
  
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting, pipeline, and new-logo targets through a strong hunter mentality.

### What You Bring

  
- Experience selling into or working with the **Singapore Public Sector**, with an understanding of ministries, defence, healthcare, and government agencies.
  
- Proven **hunter mentality**, with a strong drive to identify, pursue, and create new business opportunities.
  
- Confidence communicating with senior technology stakeholders, including IT leaders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas and business needs.
  
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven sales environment.

### Bonus Points

  
- Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as **Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Claude**.
  
- Previous experience in **Observability, Security, SIEM, Cloud, or Data** technologies.
  
- Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts.
