## Your Role

  
- Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication by providing operations support to the production line, to achieve the organization’s targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership of all operational issues for assigned process.
  
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
  
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by working with Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
  
- Maintain, manage, and improve department quality key performance indicators (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lots, excursions, etc.).
  
- Carry out quality tasks and support Process Engineer improvements and job efficiency.
  
- Manage quality tasks without guidance, including:
    

      
- On-time execution.
      
- On-time data entry.
      
- Escalate to the Process Engineer for any abnormal result or deteriorated trend.
    

  
  
- Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP.
  
- Execute SWR / DOE / Trial R&D lots.
  
- Manage Engineering Qualification & Evaluation.
  
- Execute and compile key measurement index reports (e.g., eSTAR, defect median, equipment long-down and down-time trends, and related analyses).
  
- Troubleshoot OOC/OOS.
  
- Perform recipe alignment between system and MADCS.
  
- Carry out process fine-tuning in OOC.
  
- Perform approximately 80% of Process Engineer tasks.
  
- Comply with the company’s security policy by adhering to access privileges and defined control structures, including:
    

      
- Recognize security incidents or suspected problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations.
      
- Complete the annual security discipline refresher web-training and eQuiz.
      
- Support or participate in periodic audits, as needed, to determine security violations and inefficiencies.
    

  
  
- Undertake projects, duties, or assignments that may be assigned as part of job responsibilities or the employee development plan.
  
- Conduct real-time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations, determine solutions by liaising with all involved parties and studying past cases, implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures, and implement user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures, and TPM.
  
- Report all basic inline investigations in real time to relevant owners with full details.
  
- Manage lots on hold: dispose of lots in real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
  
- Support training of operators through specification documentation, establishment of training materials, and training of OJT trainers.

## Your Skills & Experiences

  
- Degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical, chemical, mechatronics, production engineering, or equivalent.
  
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  
- Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical background.
  
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  
- Communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
