Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Interns gain hands-on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, AI, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm. As AI, GenAI, automation, and data-driven tools continue to transform financial services, Risk and Compliance analysts help evaluate emerging risks, strengthen controls, support responsible AI adoption, and translate complex information into insights that promote safe, sustainable growth.
