For more information, visit www.audaxgroup.com or follow Audax Group on LinkedIn. ## Program Details - **Co-Op/Intern Cycle:** January – June 2027 - **Anticipated Start & End Date:** January 4, 2027 – June 25, 2027 (flexible based on school requirements) - **Location:** New York - **Office Requirements:** 3–4 days in office - **Team:** Information Technology ## Position Summary The primary role of the IT Operations Co-Op is to act as the first point of contact in IT for daily operational tasks. In this role, you may be asked to assist with identifying root causes, resolving, and monitoring all technology support requests in a timely, effective, and personable manner. ## Responsibilities - Answer all service requests in a timely manner, set customer expectations around resolution times, and follow up to ensure overall customer satisfaction. - Provide a consistently high-quality customer service experience by upholding established service standards. - Assist in the deployment, maintenance, support, upgrade, and tracking of new and existing client technology assets, including desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. - Perform tasks associated with adds/moves/changes and the relocation of all IT-related assets during office/workspace moves. - Serve as first point of contact for customer-facing support on: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, networking, remote access, and telephony. ## Competencies - Basic to Intermediate Windows OS, macOS, and Apple iOS. - Basic to Intermediate MS Outlook and MS Office 365. - Basic to Intermediate hardware and software installation/deployment. ## Requirements / Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program. - Ability to deliver business-quality written and verbal communications and interact professionally with people at all levels of the organization. - Self-motivated, multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with limited direction. ## Travel No regular travel is required for this role. ## New York – Hourly Pay Range The hourly range for this position is **$28.00–$30.00**. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
