The 10-week summer program typically starts with intensive training that provides essential skills knowledge and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience. You will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities. Your experience is designed to provide future business leaders with a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to finish the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi. ## Possible Team Assignments - Frontline Advisory - Investment Insurance & Advisory - Digital - Business Execution - Wealth Continuum - Data Analytics - Risk Management - Investment Solutions / Products ## What We Need From You - You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028). - You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. - You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place priority on client service. ## Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit Extensive work experience is not required, but dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital.
