This 10-week summer program typically begins with intensive training that provides essential skills and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After the initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience. To support your growth, you will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities. ## Your time here will look something like this The Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program is designed to provide future business leaders with a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to complete the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi. ## Potential team assignments The specific team you are assigned to will vary based on current business requirements. Potential team assignments include: - Frontline Advisory - Investment Insurance & Advisory - Digital - Business Execution - Wealth Continuum - Data Analytics - Risk Management - Investment Solutions / Products ## What we need from you - You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028). - You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. - You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service. Extensive work experience is not required, but dedication to learning and a genuine passion for the business are vital.
