This 10-week summer experience typically begins with intensive training, providing essential skills, knowledge, and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After initial training, participants join one of Citi’s key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an in-depth, immersive experience. To support your growth, you will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities. ## Your Experience The program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a holistic view of Citi’s business. Through mentorship, training, and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to graduate the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and the operational intricacies of Citi. The specific team you are assigned to will vary based on current business requirements. Potential team assignments include: - Banker - Investment Solutions / Product - Investment Counselling – Strategy & Development - Lending - Chief Investment Office ## What We Need From You - You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028). - You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. - You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and prioritize client service. Extensive work experience is not required, but dedication to learning and a genuine passion for the business are vital.
