## Job Description

### Analyst Program

When you join us in the analyst program, we help you become the best you can be. Prepare to expand your repertoire and learn about successful consulting. From the very start, you will be actively involved in fascinating projects and develop constantly within a supportive, multifaceted team, while also learning what it means to be a consultant.

## Qualifications

We are looking for Bachelor, Master, or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.

  
- Fresh graduates and/or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  
- Previous internships with strategy-related tasks and experience in an international setting will be advantageous.
  
- Excellent English skills and good command of a local language are prerequisites due to our international project environment.
  
- You combine analytical thinking with the use of digital tools.
  
- You are enthusiastic about utilizing innovative, AI-based solutions.
  
- You can effectively apply new technologies and data skills to complex issues.
