## Job Description

KPMG Corporate Finance assists businesses and/or their shareholders in the effective management and successful completion of transactions. Whether a company and/or its shareholders are searching for new business opportunities, diversifying into different business lines, entering new geographical markets, raising funds from investors, or seeking to exit from businesses, our Corporate Finance Group helps clients develop holistic strategies to support successful execution of the intended objectives.

The Corporate Finance Group offers a complete range of services to global MNCs, local companies, and publicly listed and private companies, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings through equity or debt, asset/business/share valuations, and assistance with due diligence and business reviews.

## Role Responsibilities

You will work alongside experienced professionals as part of a project team and may contribute by:

  
- Conducting market and industry research
  
- Retrieving and analysing financial information (e.g., from Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other sources)
  
- Screening for and profiling suitable potential targets, buyers, or investors
  
- Writing and amending proposals, reports, and marketing materials such as Information Memorandums and Teasers
  
- Conducting comparable company and comparable transaction analysis
  
- Performing basic financial modelling
