## Role details

## What this job involves

  
- Manage onsite cleaners to ensure office cleanliness and tidiness, including regular performance reviews with vendors.
  
- Submit and track invoices before cut-off dates.
  
- Manage air-conditioning arrangements upon user request.
  
- Order office supplies on a monthly basis.
  
- Provide professional and polite responses in telephone interactions.
  
- Manage employee badges and building card access.
  
- Arrange maintenance schedules with local vendors.
  
- Resolve tickets for general facilities-related matters.

## Job Requirements

  
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in any discipline, with relevant experience in a customer service environment; preferably in PM/FM, hotel, or CS industry.
  
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
  
- Cheerful, proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
