## Technology and Operations (T&O) – Job Objective and Responsibilities

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the bank’s operational processes and support business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

## Job Objective

This position is crucial for supporting the operations of Vickers trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement processes, including the EIS project. You will play a key role in adapting to market changes, such as new requirements like US trading 23x5 and HK T+1, and managing volume fluctuations in settlement processes for both online and institutional clients.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Support the team with ad hoc issues.
  
- Review end-to-end processing for equity trade processing and settlement, including:
    

      
- Trade settlement
      
- Stock reconciliation
      
- IPO processing
      
- Trade verification and reconciliation against term sheets
      
- Failed trade monitoring
      
- Coordinate with external parties (trade counterparties, custodians, etc.) on all trade-related matters
      
- Funding arrangements for trade settlement needs
      
- Audit coordination
      
- UAT testing for enhancements or bug fixes
      
- RSU and break reconciliation
