## Responsibilities

  
- Perform regular visual inspections on HVAC, plumbing and drainage, lifts, fire services, and electrical and ELV systems.
  
- Maintain records of incidents of malfunction.
  
- Report faults to the Technical Manager/Engineers and arrange repairs and maintenance as appropriate.
  
- Complete maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and submit the maintenance checklist on time.
  
- Attend and monitor contractors’ works assigned by Engineers.
  
- Carry out safety precautions at all times.
  
- Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
  
- Travel is required to work anywhere in Hong Kong.
  
- Shift duty is required (Monday to Saturday).
