## Source of Wealth (SOW) Reviewer, Middle Office Anti-Money Laundering Controls

## Responsibilities

  
- Ensure all KYC reviews comply with the bank’s established policies, procedures, and controls.
  
- Assess customers’ AML/CFT risk and recommend actions to mitigate the risk, where required.
  
- Ensure timely follow-up with front liners/touchpoints on updated KYC information for customers for every AML review.
  
- Guide and review team members’ KYC reviews to ensure review quality.
  
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews.
  
- Assess transaction reports for potential money laundering risks and recommend on account relationships.
  
- Assess the materiality of adverse news.

## Requirements

  
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Business.
  
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AML/KYC in a bank.
  
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage multiple parties; self-starter and team player.
  
- Open to a 1-year contract.
