## Job Description

KPMG's People & Organisation practice helps organisations transform their workforce, leadership, culture, and HR function to achieve sustainable business outcomes. In an increasingly dynamic business environment shaped by technological disruption, evolving workforce expectations, and changing market demands, organisations must continuously adapt to remain competitive.

We partner with clients to design and implement people-centric transformation programmes that align workforce strategy with business priorities, enabling organisational agility, workforce effectiveness, and long-term growth.

We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as **Interns**. This internship provides valuable exposure to the consulting industry and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements and business development initiatives.

## What You Will Do

Support client engagements and business development activities across:

  
- Organisation & Workforce Transformation
  
- HR Transformation
  
- Culture & Change Transformation
  
- Leadership Transformation
  
- Talent Transformation
  
- Learning & Development
  
- Post-Deal People Services

## Responsibilities

  
- Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
  
- Support project management and coordination activities
  
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
  
- Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives
  
- Support proposal development and business development activities

## Ideal Candidate

  
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  
- Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
- Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
  
- Team player with strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
  
- Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

**Part-time arrangements are available.**
