## Job Summary

KPMG Corporate Finance assists businesses and/or their shareholders in the effective management and successful completion of transactions. Clients may seek holistic strategy to support objectives such as identifying fresh business opportunities, diversifying into new business lines, entering new geographical markets, raising additional funds from investors, or exiting the business.

The Corporate Finance Group provides a complete range of services to global MNCs and local companies, including publicly listed and private companies. Services include IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings through equity or debt, asset/business/share valuations, and support with due diligence and business reviews.

## Project Team

You will work alongside experienced professionals as part of a project team.

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Conduct market and industry research
  
- Retrieve and analyse financial information from Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other sources
  
- Screen for and profile suitable potential targets, buyers, and investors
  
- Write and amend proposals, reports, and marketing materials such as Information Memorandum and Teaser
  
- Conduct comparable company and comparable transaction analysis
  
- Perform basic financial modelling
