## About the Role

KPMG's People & Organisation practice helps organisations transform their workforce, leadership, culture, and HR function to achieve sustainable business outcomes. We partner with clients to design and implement people-centric transformation programmes that align workforce strategy with business priorities, enabling organisational agility, workforce effectiveness, and long-term growth.

We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as **Interns**. This internship provides exposure to the Consulting industry and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements and business development initiatives.

## What You Will Do

You will support client engagements and business development activities across:

  
- Organisation & Workforce Transformation
  
- HR Transformation
  
- Culture & Change Transformation
  
- Leadership Transformation
  
- Talent Transformation
  
- Learning & Development
  
- Post-Deal People Services

## Responsibilities

  
- Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
  
- Support project management and coordination activities
  
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
  
- Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives
  
- Support proposal development and business development activities

## Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  
- Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
- Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
  
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
  
- Resourceful, analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

## Work Arrangement

Open to part-time arrangements.
