## M&A Tax Associate (KPMG Tax Services)

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our M&A Tax practice. KPMG Tax Services assists organisations with their tax compliance obligations and enhances commercial value through tax planning, incorporating tax strategies into overall business strategy. With international know-how and perspective, we help multinational clients identify tax-related challenges and opportunities through an in-depth understanding of their businesses and industries.

## Responsibilities

  
- Advise clients on cross-border M&A transactions, including deal structuring and tax due diligence.
  
- Support corporate restructuring and address tax aspects relevant to deals.
  
- Develop innovative tax solutions by applying strong knowledge of clients’ businesses.
  
- Provide support on projects, including driving regional and/or global tax projects from Singapore.

## Qualifications

  
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
  
- Knowledge in taxation from an economic and legal perspective is an advantage.
  
- A strong team player with a proven track record of academic and co-curricular achievements.
  
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  
- Fluent communicator with strong language skills.
  
- Strong organisation skills with an eye for detail.
  
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues from various levels and functions.
