The team aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns across market cycles, with strategies including Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets. ## Job Description Blackstone is seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to join the BXMA SRT team in New York. The role includes, but is not limited to, performing credit and cash flow analysis on investment opportunities; supporting the team with trade idea development and pitches; assisting with transaction structuring and investment committee deliverables; and contributing to overall fund management, including reporting and returns analysis. High-performing analysts have the opportunity for meaningful career progression and expanded responsibilities within the team. The role is not part of a formal analyst/associate program with a fixed career track. ## Primary Responsibilities - Assess corporate credit, including evaluating metrics such as leverage ratios, LTVs, and structural seniority - Work effectively with large data sets - Develop and apply complex financial models - Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills - Operate as an independent thinker with an entrepreneurial outlook, strong work ethic, and desire to make a meaningful impact in a growing team ## Qualifications Blackstone seeks highly motivated individuals with strong analytical and time management skills, sound professional judgment, and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
