## Overview

PepsiCo Design brings together multiple disciplines—including brand design, design thinking, industrial design, design strategy, and front-end innovation—to connect PepsiCo’s food & beverage portfolios with hyper-connected, networked users and consumers across touchpoints and regions worldwide.

## Responsibilities

In this role, you will report to the Brand Design Associate Manager of NACP and collaborate with other Design & Innovation team members across Marketing and Design to develop and iterate new brand designs, design strategies, and product/service/experience ideas.

  
- Bring multifaceted interests with a deep skill in graphic design & communications
  
- Apply a keen interest in people, design, and business to solve design problems
  
- Draw on diverse perspectives to develop effective design solutions
  
- Translate ideas into compelling visuals and graphics that communicate clearly
  
- Collaborate closely with others to gather feedback and improve and evolve work
  
- Build relationships and drive execution through formal and informal channels

## Qualifications

  
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, or a related creative discipline
  
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigate uncertainty
  
- Strong collaboration skills
  
- Ability to travel up to 10%

## Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is **$73,600 - $123,150**. Location, job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered when setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
