## Intern Responsibilities

  
- Advise clients on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, tax due diligence, tax rulings, incentive planning, and tax risk management.
  
- Provide tax-efficient solutions by applying sound knowledge of clients’ businesses.
  
- Assist and coordinate regional and/or global projects across various industries.

## Ideal Candidate

  
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
  
- Knowledge in taxation from an economic and legal perspective will be an advantage.
  
- Strong team player with a proven track record of academic and co-curricular achievements.
  
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  
- Fluent communicator with strong language skills.
  
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues from various levels and functions.
