## Customer Success Analyst

The Customer Success Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our global client base receives exemplary customer support across multi-channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Help customers with trading and administrative issues to full resolution in a proactive manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  
- Be aware of financial market news and upcoming events to be anticipatory and informative with the customer base and deliver a higher-than-expected level of service.
  
- Update all records of client interactions in the CRM and associated systems throughout the day to the departmental standard.
  
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

## Qualifications & Experience

  
- Previous experience working in the financial services sector, or knowledge or a demonstrated interest in the CFD/FX/online trading space.
  
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
  
- Previous experience working for a CFD broker or similar is desirable.
