## What this job involves

  
- Greet and guide visitors, coordinating with different stakeholders, including the Authority’s employees and tenants, in a warm and professional manner.
  
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  
- Maintain a presentable appearance with pleasant personality and strong customer service skills.
  
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  
- Administer meeting and conference room bookings.
  
- Handle visitors’ registration, requests, enquiries, and complaints.
  
- Handle internal and external mails; coordinate with courier companies for outbound mails and parcels.
  
- Handle car park redemption for visitors.
  
- Ensure compliance with regulations and management requirements.
  
- Wear uniform and work on shift and overtime.
  
- Provide general administrative and event support.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Authority.

## Job Requirements

  
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in any discipline with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a customer service environment, preferably in PM/FM, hotel, or CS industry.
  
- Good command of both written and spoken English, and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing.
  
- Cheerful, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
