## Role details

## What this job involves

  
- Manage office supplies and provide administrative support
  
- Handle internal and external mailing
  
- Coordinate courier services with service providers or mailing staff
  
- Perform by-hand delivery and collection
  
- Book and manage meeting room schedules
  
- Support gym and recreation facilities
  
- Handle enquiries, car park administration, and other administrative tasks
  
- Provide event support
  
- Ensure work is compliant with company and client policies and standards, including health and safety practices in the client’s office
  
- Carry out ad hoc duties

## Required Skills and Experience

  
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a relevant discipline
  
- 2 years of relevant experience in mailrooms, logistics, or administrative support is preferred
  
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills

## Location

On-site – Hong Kong SAR, China
