## Role details

## 工作內容

  
- 為客戶於其辦公場所高效、準時地提供茶水及 pantry（茶水間）服務，並支援其業務運作需求。
  
- 定期監察 pantry 庫存水準，並及時編製報告，以支援補貨規劃。
  
- 統籌每日牛奶配送至各咖啡角，確保供應充足穩定。
  
- 定期盤點 pantry 各類日常用品，包括咖啡豆、茶葉、糖、調味料及急救藥箱等。
  
- 清潔、消毒及整頓 pantry 內之餐具、設備及儲物空間。
  
- 持續備妥內部飲品（例如：茶、咖啡、礦泉水、軟性飲料等），供員工及訪客隨時取用。
  
- 按需要為來訪賓客及會議參與者提供專業得體的茶水／咖啡服務。
  
- 協調外判餐飲服務，並支援內部會議、活動或公司活動之場地布置（例如：桌椅擺設、指示牌、茶點安排等）。
  
- 協助團隊訂購及管理來自本地餐廳或咖啡店之咖啡、小食或午膳外送服務。
  
- 在客戶可見區域（如前台、開放式茶水間等）執行洗碗及日常清潔工作，包括檯面、洗手盆及共用設施表面。
  
- 按需要處理相關洗衣事務（例如：清洗、烘乾、摺疊及補充餐巾、毛巾或布巾等）。
  
- 按時為咖啡機進行除垢及基本保養，確保設備運作暢順、衛生安全。

## 技能與經驗

  
- 具備至少 1 至 3 年相關工作經驗。
  
- 曾擔任 pantry 服務員或客戶服務崗位者優先考慮。
  
- 儀容整潔、井然有序、主動積極、細心謹慎，並具備強烈的客戶服務意識。
