## Role details

**Event Coordination**

  
- Respond to event requisitions from organizers.
  
- Collate event logistics requirements.
  
- Confirm event bookings.
  
- Update the event calendar.

**Conduct Daily Checks**

Set up event spaces in accordance with event booking requests and specifications:

  
- Recreation Area
  
- Auditorium
  
- Hexagon

**Event Operations**

**Before events:**

  
- Ensure the event schedule is updated at the end of every week (Friday) and displayed on the Reception TV at the start of every week (Monday).
  
- Ensure space is available before committing.
  
- Finalize event details and requirements with the organizer.
  
- Ensure sufficient manpower, operating equipment, and/or furniture.
  
- Create event visuals for the reception counter screen.

**During events:**

  
- Be the point of contact for organizers and assist with any queries and/or requests.

**After events:**

  
- Prepare table/seating setup for the next event.
  
- Reset table/seating setup for the next day (ongoing event).
  
- Send out a Type Form survey to organizers for feedback.
  
- Update event trackers/statistics.

**Site Visits**

  
- Liaise with the requestor.
  
- Liaise with vendors/contractors.

**Ad-hoc Services**

  
- **Repair/Maintenance works:** Assist with repairs, replacement, and maintenance of furniture and fixtures, and operating equipment.
  
- **Audio/Visual:** Assist with AV setup and/or troubleshooting in the absence of an AV technician.
