You will develop your skills at Binance and learn what it is like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also offers opportunities for networking and development to expand your professional network and build transferable skills. ## Who May Apply - Current university students and recent graduates - Terms of employment/engagement are subject to contract and local applicable laws ## Responsibilities - Assist in planning and executing global marketing campaigns to support business objectives, including user acquisition, activation, trading growth, and retention. - Support campaign design by defining campaign rules, task structures, reward mechanisms, user journeys, and campaign configurations to ensure successful launches. - Support end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, UAT testing, validation of campaign pages and reward distribution, monitoring campaign performance, and promptly identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure a smooth user experience. - Improve operational efficiency by maintaining campaign SOPs, operational documentation, and best practices. - Continuously optimize campaign workflows and operational processes. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance by preparing daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports. - Track key metrics such as participant numbers, conversion rate, trading volume, ROI, and other growth metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. - Analyze user behavior and campaign performance across different regions, channels, user segments, and reward strategies. - Identify user drop-off points and growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaign performance. ## Requirements ### Basic Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; all majors welcome.
