GS delivers world-class customer experience each day by building on Amex’s 175-year legacy of service excellence, leveraging new technologies and capabilities to drive transformation, and bringing a human touch to each customer interaction. ## Financial Crimes Risk & Controls Center of Excellence The First Line of Defense Financial Crimes Risk & Controls Center of Excellence provides an enterprise-wide approach to managing financial crime risk within Global Servicing.
