## Role details

## What You Will Do

Critical responsibilities but not limited to:

  
- Assist the maintenance team to complete planned work activities timely, efficiently, and satisfactorily. Training will be provided by maintenance engineers.
  
- Support contractor and vendor management (qualification, monitoring, and documentation).
  
- Support maintenance inventory management (spare parts for equipment/instruments).
  
- Support quality system improvement program (QSIP) rollout initiatives such as SOPs, instructions, and PM task lists.
  
- Support cGMP supplier qualification process.
  
- Support preventive maintenance (PM) optimization for safety-critical plans.

## What You Must Have

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent).
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
  
- A keen willingness to learn.
  
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
  
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to the inventory management process in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
  
- Insights into the quality systems that support the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.
  
- Exposure to a cGMP environment in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Understanding of the types of PMs available and the rigor associated with PM execution.
