An Analyst’s specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions, drafting client presentation materials, and participating in client calls or meetings. ## What We’re Looking For The primary role of the Analyst includes: - Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models - Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis - Conduct company and industry research to gain in-depth understanding of sector trends - Prepare client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal team members and clients - Develop a deep understanding of investment banking product and services ## What You’ll Bring - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Excellent quantitative, interpretive, and analytical skills - Demonstrated leadership and a disciplined work ethic - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Significant exposure to finance and accounting - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong interpersonal skills - Superior attention to detail - Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred - Well-rounded set of interests and involvement in extracurricular activities beyond academics; strong candidates will demonstrate leadership through these endeavors ## Education & Experience - Pursuing an MBA degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027 - Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above - Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA - Resume must be submitted in PDF format (Word documents will not be accepted) - Authorization to work in the U.S. ## Systems & Technology - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint ## Compensation Range Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr. - USD $175,000.00/Yr. Base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package.
