This program provides Summer Analysts with guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture. ### Business Unit Overview Blackstone is a global leader in real estate investing. Blackstone Real Estate also operates one of the leading global real estate debt businesses, providing comprehensive financing solutions across the capital structure and risk spectrum, including management of Blackstone Mortgage Trust (NYSE: BXMT). ### Job Description The Summer Analyst will work directly with the BREDS Portfolio Strategy Group, which is responsible for portfolio management, strategy, and capital formation across BREDS investment vehicles, and for delivering critical portfolio management and reporting projects to provide insights that help drive performance. The Portfolio Management Summer will have the opportunity to solve real-world problems with data and will work closely with private and public investment, asset management, capital markets, finance, and investor relations teams to deliver compelling insights and information to support the business. ## Responsibilities - Deliver timely and accurate reporting materials to support portfolio management across BREDS strategies - Analyze and synthesize raw data and analytics across the portfolio - Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior management - Improve processes leveraging technology and automation - Act as a liaison across teams to coordinate and align on joint projects ## Qualifications Blackstone seeks individuals who work well in a team-driven environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, and demonstrate sound judgment and excellence in prior endeavors.
