## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist with day-to-day operations at customer service walk-in centres and customer enquiry handling to maintain smooth service standards for internal and external customers.
  
- Support the achievement of department goals and service standards.
  
- Support customer service and fraud control-related projects and initiatives.
  
- Conduct follow-up actions after enquiries.
  
- Provide occasional support for reception duties.
  
- Perform outbound calls to clients for follow-up service.
  
- Carry out administrative work and reporting.

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- At least Form Six education or above.
  
- Hold IIQA qualifications on Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5.
  
- At least 2 years of working experience in life insurance.
  
- Solid experience in a service centre and strong customer service skills.
  
- Good team player.
  
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers.
  
- Ability to perform general administrative work.
  
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including an acceptable command of Mandarin.
